If you're reading this, there's a good chance you're curious about Muay Thai, yoga, or simply looking for a place to grow, learn, and challenge yourself.
First, welcome.
Whether you're an experienced athlete, a complete beginner, a parent looking for a positive activity for your child, or someone simply looking for a healthier outlet, we're glad you're here.
How to get started
Getting started at YOTHAI is simple. Schedule a free introductory meeting with Instructor Kate and Kru Diego, where you'll have a chance to tour the gym, ask questions, discuss your goals, and learn which program might be the best fit for you or your family.
From there, you'll be invited to participate in a free trial class so you can experience the culture, coaching, and community firsthand. If YOTHAI feels like the right place for you, we'll help you get set up with a membership and welcome you to the team.
Don't be intimidated
One of the most common questions we hear is:
"Do I need to be experienced or in shape before I start?"
Absolutely not.
Everyone starts somewhere.
At YOTHAI, you'll find people of different ages, backgrounds, and experience levels training alongside one another. Some are stepping onto the mats for the first time. Others have been training for years. What matters most isn't where you're starting—it's that you're willing to begin.
Why Muay Thai?
People come to Muay Thai for many different reasons.
Some want to learn self-defense. Some want a challenging workout. Some are looking for confidence, discipline, or stress relief.
For many of us, Muay Thai becomes something much deeper.
One of our students described it best:
"I was drawn to Muay Thai because of its elegance and unique beauty. It is the embodiment of physical confidence cultivated through hard work and discipline. I am drawn to the physical and mental toughness it instills in its practitioners."
Muay Thai has a way of teaching lessons that extend far beyond the gym. It teaches patience, humility, consistency, resilience, and respect. Progress is earned one repetition at a time, and those lessons often carry into every other part of life.
Why Yoga?
While Muay Thai challenges us through movement, discipline, and intensity, yoga offers balance.
Yoga helps improve mobility, recovery, body awareness, breathing, and focus. It creates space to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention.
Yoga brings a thoughtful and welcoming approach to yoga, creating classes that support both new and experienced practitioners alike.
For many members, yoga becomes the perfect complement to martial arts training. For others, it becomes its own practice and path for personal growth.
Meet The Coaches
At the heart of YOTHAI are Instructor Kate and Kru Diego.
Kru Diego is passionate about teaching Muay Thai and helping students pursue excellence through disciplined practice and repetition.
Instructor Kate is a certified yoga instructor dedicated to helping students build strength, mobility, confidence, and connection through mindful movement.
Together, they have created a place where people are challenged, supported, and encouraged to become the best version of themselves.

A Different Beginning
The story of YOTHAI didn't begin inside a gym.
For several months, students trained in a backyard while we searched for the right home. People continued to show up, train together, and support one another because the community mattered more than the facility.
That spirit remains at the core of YOTHAI today.
Phase One
As you visit the gym, you'll notice that YOTHAI is still growing.
We're currently in Phase One of our buildout. The training space is operational and ready for classes, but there is much more to come in the months ahead.
Future phases will include additional training equipment, heavy bags, a community lounge area, retail offerings, and a boxing ring.
We're excited about what's ahead, but we're equally excited about where we are right now.
Because every great community starts somewhere.
More Than A Gym
YOTHAI was built on the belief that training should develop more than physical skill.
We believe martial arts and yoga should help build confidence, discipline, resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful relationships.
Most importantly, we believe people grow best when they're surrounded by others who genuinely care about their success.
If that sounds like something you're looking for, we'd love to meet you.
Come say hello, ask questions, and experience a class for yourself.
We look forward to seeing you on the mats.
